Vitebsk Region eliminates the consequences of a thunderstorm

The Vitebsk region eliminates the consequences of a thunderstorm. 4 districts were affected the most, especially the Rossony district. A strong wind, reaching 16 m/s, damaged the roofs of residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, knocked down trees in 6 settlements. Emergency brigades took urgent measures to eliminate the consequences of the thunderstorm. In total, 40 units of equipment of the Emergencies Ministry and over 150 rescuers were involved in the work. Restoration work continues.
