Vitebsk first in Belarus to get into UNESCO Global Network of Learning Cities

Vitebsk was the first in Belarus to enter the Global Network of Learning Cities of UNESCO. The learning city takes education beyond the framework of classical universities, creates new opportunities for career growth and changes in the employment sector, helps to develop the potential of its inhabitants. Among the neighboring countries of Belarus there are learning cities in Latvia, Lithuania, Russia and Ukraine.
