The visa-free regime between Belarus and China will begin to operate on the tenth of August. The Chinese deputies, following the Belarusian colleagues, ratified the agreement. Visa-free regime provides for private and tourist trips, business trips. Belarusians will be able to stay in China without a visa for up to 30 days in one trip, but not more than 90 days a year. The same rule will apply to Chinese citizens. The intergovernmental agreement on mutual visa-free regime for holders of ordinary passports was concluded in June in Qingdao during the working visit of the President of Belarus to China.
