From May 1 Belarusian tourists will be able to enter the Chinese island of Hainan visa-free. The decision was made by Beijing as a measure to support reform and opening up the province. Visa-free policy will apply to tourist groups and individual tourists from 59 countries, including Russia, Germany, France, the United Kingdom and the United States. In turn, Belarus will hold a number of activities to attract tourists from China: familiarization tours and development of new routes.
