Veterans in Belarus will receive financial assistance for Victory Day

Financial assistance payments are being distributed from 2 to 8 May. The amounts are determined by the government. This year, disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War, as well as those who took part in military operations to defend the Fatherland before 3 September, 1945, will receive assistance in the amount of Br5.000. Various categories of citizens are also entitled to payments of Br2/500 and Br1.500. Br12.9 mln has been allocated from the republican budget for one-time financial assistance.
