Minskhosted the first Belarusian-American seminar on scientific cooperation. The sides discussed the areas of cooperation in the near future. The priority areas for future collaboration will be laser medicine, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and materials science. TheUSdelegation will stay inBelarusfor a week. The guests will visit the Physics Institute named after B.I.Stepanov, Food scientific and production centre. Meetings will be held at the State Science and Technology Committee and theBelarusianStateUniversity.
