Belarus introduces restrictions on parcels and import of goods from abroad. One can get a parcel without paying fees if it is worth no more than 22 Euros and weighs up to 10 kilograms.The limits on the import of goods concern those who cross the border more than once in three months. One can bring goods without paying fees if they cost no more than 300 Euros and weigh up to 20 kilograms. A customs duty, a tax and VAT will have to be paid for the excess. The exclusions are the goods carried by airplanes, as well as the goods that have been previously exported and imported back.
