President Alexander Lukashenko urged to continue optimising law enforcement and security agencies when hearing a report delivered by the Security Council State Secretary Stanislav Zas.The number of road traffic accidents and related deaths has decreased by almost 13 % compared to last year. A positive trend in fighting crime has been observed. All of that makes it possible to continue the optimisation. However, this issue should be approached gradually, the President stressed.
