A mourning rally will be held today on the Island of Courage and Sorrow in Minsk to honour the fallen.President Alexander Lukashenko has delivered an address to soldiers-internationalists and Afghan war veterans. Belarus will never forget the heroism of the veterans of wars and local conflicts and will not allow the country to be involved into chaos and discord, the statement says. The President wished everyone peace, good health, happiness and prosperity.
