President Alexander Lukashenko has signed a decree on the payment for housing and utility services, which provides for the reduction of six utility tariffs. Housing and utility tariffs per every registered flat resident will not exceed the imposed rates. Expenses exceeding the limit will be covered from the budget.Utility bills with the new tariffs will be sent out until 25 March to be paid without penalties and fines until 5 April.
