Updated "Social Security" government program launched in Belarus

An updated "Social Security" government program was launched in Belarus. It is designed for the next 5 years and aimed at further improving the availability and quality of social security services in the country, shaping of an accessible living environment. One of the aspects is employment. According to last year's statistics more than 16 thousand people got jobs in the Minsk region alone, and many of them were re-trained. In addition, the social security services are being digitized. A social worker equipped with a tablet will be able to provide assistance to the elderly and people with disabilities better and faster.
