United Nations World Tourism Organization welcomes Belarus’ efforts to promote tourism

The United Nations World Tourism Organization welcomes Belarus’ efforts to promote tourism. Special attention was paid to measures undertaken in Belarus to attract foreign tourists. Among them is the 30-day visa waiver, liberalization of the visa policy, visa-free entry for participants and fans of the 2nd European Games. Among priority areas of the UNWTO work were mentioned innovative technologies in tourism, development of new training programs, and encouraging UNWTO members to liberalize their visa policies.
