UNESCO turns 75

UNESCO celebrates its 75th anniversary today. The UN agency for Education, Science and Culture was established during the 1945 London Conference. The President of Belarus congratulated UNESCO on the anniversary. Aleksandr Lukashenko noted that the unifying and creative work carried out by this ahency is needed more than ever by humanity. Belarus, as a UN founding country, highly appreciates the merits of UNESCO and will continue to cooperate with this institution.
