Transport tax

Until the beginning of November, car owners will receive a tax notice for payment of an advance on transport tax. They will start arriving in September by mail or electronically through their personal account. The main amount will need to be repaid next year. The base has already been formed by 80%. Transport tax is paid by the owners for a car or motorcycle that is registered but not on the move. It was necessary to remove them from the register before July 1. Since this year, the transport tax is paid instead of the state duty, which was previously charged before the technical inspection.
