Today is World Children's Day

Today is World Children's Day. In Belarus, childcare is one of the priority areas of social policy. Belarus is among the countries with low infant and child mortality rates. Thanks to the use of high technologies in the treatment of premature babies, babies with body weight up to 1 kg are saved almost 3 times more often. According to the census, in 2019 more than 87,000 children were born in Belarus. More than half of newborns are the second or third child.
