Today, the second stage of the memorial Trostenets is to be opened on the outskirts of Minsk, at the site of the former World War II Nazi German death camp. Belarus President is to take part in a requiem rally to honor the memory of Nazism victims. Foreign delegations are to take part in the event, including presidents of Germany and Austria, representatives of NGOs from Israel, Poland, and Czech Republic. In 1941-1945 hundreds of thousands civilians and prisoners from all over Europe were murdered there.
