Thousands of Belarusians sang Belarus’ national anthem at the State Flag Square on the Day of the State Symbols. People of different ages and social statuses participated in the large-scale campaign of the Belarusian State TV and Radio Company - about three thousand people from all regions of Belarus. The patriotic event was preceded by the Belarusian Radio’s contest for the best original performance of the anthem, which featured over fifty musical collectives. The best was chosen by a professional jury.
