The State Duma of Russia ratified the Belarusian-Russian intergovernmental agreement on visa free entry of foreigners attending the 2nd European Games

The State Duma of Russia ratified the Belarusian-Russian intergovernmental agreement on certain issues related to the entry of foreign nationals and stateless persons traveling to attend international sporting events, including the forthcoming 2nd European Games. In accordance with the agreement, foreign nationals and stateless persons traveling to attend international sporting events in one of the two states can enter, stay and transit through the territory of the other state without visas on an authentic ID and a document to attend such international sports events. The agreement will be valid through 10 July 2019.
