and mini-boats for fishing and recreation are allowed in the reservoirs of
Belarus. However, before launching a boat, it is necessary
to perform a technical inspection. The State Inspectorate for Small Vessels
recommends passing the inspection. If there are no violations, they issue a
special permit to move on the water surface. The OSVOD monitors safe movement
on small-sized vessels. The control is conducted in 24/7 mode. One of the main
requirements is the mandatory use of life jackets.
