The production of Italian and French cheeses from Belarusian milk was mastered at a family-owned enterprise in the Molodechno district. The history of craft craft began 6 years ago. Residents of the capital moved to the village of Polochany and opened a family cheese factory. The fermented milk product in the family factory is made from whole milk. They experiment with fillings and shapes: truffles, paprika, walnuts, dried tomatoes, fenugreek, rosemary and even charcoal are added to the cheese. The wide range is complemented by jams of our own production, as well as sweets with cheese fillings. There are plans to open a bread and baguette baking shop. Industrial tourism is also being developed at the family enterprise.
