The President of Belarus has made new appointments

President of Belarus made new appointments. As of today, Ostrovets, Yelsk, Bobruisk, Shklov and Mstislavl districts get new heads. The President considers it necessary to strengthen the local administrations and to raise the executive discipline. The President also appointed Valery Malashko as Healthcare Minister.
