The message of the Constitutional Court

The annual message to the President and both houses of the National Assembly was heard by the Constitutional Court. The main tasks indicated by experts are stability and dynamics of legal regulation. Over the past year the court has checked for compliance 31 laws passed by the Parliament before handing them to the President. None of them contradicted the Constitution. Also, the court recommended that legislators consider granting lawyers free access to the hearings in case legal assistance is needed in criminal proceedings.
