Traffic police officers will be responsible for the safety of the movement of
delegates. The traffic situation is under their control. On 18 and 19 December,
short-term traffic restrictions are possible on certain sections of avenues and
streets in the city center. Drivers are asked to take this information into
account when planning their route. At the moment, comprehensive measures have
been taken to ensure security, all facilities related to the meeting of the People's
Congress have been placed under round-the-clock protection.
