The first combine operator who harvested 3.000 tonnes was awarded in Grodno Oblast

Aleksandr Korenevsky a driver from "Cherlena" OJSC was the first to reach the milestone of 3.000 tonnes of grain. Yuri Karaev, Chairman of Grodno Regional Executive Committee, congratulated him on his well-deserved victory. During the ceremony the farm's best workers received awards and a loaf of bread from the new harvest together with a sheaf of grain were traditionally presented as the main symbol of recognition of their work. "Cherlena" OJSC has already begun harvesting winter wheat. Nearly 30% of the acreage has already been harvested with nine modern combine harvesters, five grain trucks, and three grain drying units in operation.
