Tests of coronavirus vaccine started in Belarus

Tests of the Russian coronavirus vaccine started in Belarus. 100 volunteers were picked out of 4000. All of them are fr om the Minsk region. In order to determine its clinic efficiency, a part of the test persons will get a placebo – a substance without a healing effect. The second group will get the original medicine. The health state of the volunteers will be controlled within 180 days. Belarus is the first foreign country wh ere tests of "Sputnik V" were launched after its registration in Russia. Since the outbreak of the disease, 79 019 COVID cases have been registered in Belarus.
