System of housing savings to appear in Belarus this year

A system of housing savings may appear in Belarus this year. A corresponding draft edict is being polished at the Council of ministers. The system will help manage the housing problem more quickly. It will be available not only for those in need. Other variants of housing subsidies are being discussed. For instance – the hypothecation. A pilot project of dwelling construction in the Smolevichi suburbs for citizens of Minsk is under elaboration. The legal base is under improvement. The parliamentarians are going to examine the amendments to the Housing code at the spring session.
