Supreme Court: court system in Belarus is balanced

The court system in Belarus is balanced, and the number of appeals only emphasizes the fact that our country has fully implemented the human rights protection mechanism. This opinion was expressed today by the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court Valery Kalinkovich. He noted that approximately 20 percent of the total number of verdicts are appealed or protested in second instance courts.
