Supreme Court considers issue of simplifying procedure for liquidation of business entities

The issue of liberalization of entrepreneurship was on the agenda of the Supreme Court. At the plenary session of the ministry, the question of simplifying the procedure for liquidation of business entities was resolved. Today, this procedure is rather cumbersome and takes a lot of time. In the future, the businessmen themselves will deal with it without judicial support. Such measures are dictated by statistics - only last year more than 40 thousand business entities were registered in the country, the question of liquidation was raised only in 109 cases.
