State support allowances for orphaned children increased in Belarus

The state support allowances for orphaned children have been increased in Belarus. This decision of the Council of Ministers has been put down in a resolution. Thus, compensation of food expenses per day will increase by 20% for orphans studying full-time at vocational, secondary specialized and higher education institutions. Compensation for clothing, footwear, equipment, the purchase of school supplies, personal hygiene items and personal expenses has increased by 10%, and that for expenses related to the sustenance of orphans has increased by 5%. The latter includes fees for using landline phone and household services.
