Taking care of children's health is a top priority. In Belarus, starting from 1 October the monetary norms for the cost of children's meals in educational institutions will be increased by 5%. This is stipulated by a government decree. The decision on the adjustment was made taking into account the analysis of food prices. Parents pay only for food, and cooking services are included in government support. The last time the monetary norms for school meals were adjusted was 2 years ago.
