The Belarusian Ministry of Defense is expanding cooperation with African states. A Rwandan military attaché was accredited in Minsk for the first time. The parties established working contacts and discussed prospects for cooperation between the defense ministries of the two countries. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Rwanda to Belarus and concurrently to Russia Major General Joseph Nzabamwita was also present at the event. He attended the presentation of his credentials to the President of Belarus this week.
