Alexander Lukashenko has congratulated laureates and scholarship holders of the President"s Special Fund for Talented Youth Support on its 20th anniversary. During this time, the Fund"s scholarships and financial aid have been granted to more than 33,000 people and about 100 creative associations. Among the Fund"s awardees are talented pupils and students, as well as teachers and researchers who have contributed to the development of young talents. Today, just like in 1996, the main task of the Special Fund is to discover new names and remain the main platform for encouraging young talents.
