Some pyrotechnics permitted for sales again in Belarus

Some pyrotechnics of the first hazard category have been permitted for sales again in Belarus. Those are sparklers, Christmas crackers, and cake candles. The pyrotechnics are allowed both for retail and wholesale trade. Also, 45 specialized organizations got permits for sales of technical pyrotechnics, while distribution of fireworks and petards is still prohibited.
