BelarusandRussiawill discuss the development of a joint import substitution programme. BelarusandRussiaare preparing for the Third Forum of Regions to be held inMinskandMogilevon 8-9 June. Its main theme will be theUnionState"s social policy. Round table discussions and sessions will discuss cooperation between the two countries in science, education, youth policy, culture and the media. A number of economic issues will be touched upon, such as the development of a joint import substitution programme, as well as the harmonisation of the two countries" legislation.The previous forum ofBelarus" andRussia"s regions took place last September inSochiand was dedicated to the industrial policy of the two countries.
