Snow will allow plants to winter better in severe frosts

These days, agronomists of agricultural organizations are paying more and more attention to winter crops. The Minsk Region alone has sown 6% more of them than in the last season. Snow cover will allow plants to winter better in severe frosts. Some cultures winter under agronomists’ supervision at the Institute of Horticulture of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus. By the way, scientists, farmers, and gardeners from around the world have declared 2021 the International Year of Vegetables and Fruits.
