Orange hazard level has been announced in Belarus today because of the cyclone “Axel”, which brought strong winds and snow-storms. Heavy snowfalls are expctedin most regions, with gusts of wind reaching 20 meters per second. Then, a cold air will replace the cyclone. By the weekend, the daytime temperature will drop to -20 degrees Celsius, and -27 degrees at night. Regardless the snow shower, the National airport Minsk operates in a routine mode.
