The high-speed train Strizh has started running betweenMoscowandBerlinviaMinsk. Modern Spanish technologies allow covering the distance between the two capitals 4-5 hours faster. The launch of the first Moscow-Berlin train was preceded by a well-coordinated work of Belarusian and Russian railway service employees. A railroad switch device was installed inBrest, which allows changing tracks in 30 minutes with absolutely all control measures taking place within that time.
