The personnel of the National Antarctic Expedition set off today to the South Pole. This year the Belarusian cargo amounted to nearly 40 tons, including the second module of the Belarusian polar station, as well as equipment, fuel, food. Belarusian polar explorers will not only establish a residential unit, but also conduct research in the field of microbiology, biological and mineral resources.
