Rules for transit through Belarus without certificates and self-isolation

The State Border Committee of Belarus informed about the rules of transit through our country in a pandemic. So from October 22, foreign citizens at the border will not need a certificate of the absence of COVID. Also, they will not be affected by the requirements for 10-day self-isolation. But for this, it is necessary to documentary confirm the 24-hour transit through the territory. It can be a ticket, an official invitation from the organization of the state of destination, vouchers to medical or health institutions. Those who do not have such documents will have to fill out a questionnaire in which they indicate that their stay in Belarus will not exceed 24 hours. When leaving the country, the border guard will check it.
