The President demands important decisions in the scientific sphere to move it forward. This was stated by the Head of State today at a large meeting with the participation of the government officials, scientists, rectors of universities and directors of large industrial enterprises. More than 400 people came together to discuss problematic issues and find ways to solve them. Before the beginning of the big conversation Alexander Lukashenko got acquainted with the exhibition of scientific and technical achievements. 150 newest exhibits demonstrate the results of research and development over the last 2 years: from the defense potential of the country to medications, space research, electric cars and agricultural developments. However, the Head of State noted that he did not want these achievements to eclipse the problems that exist in science today.
