Metropolitan Pavel discussed this project today at the meeting with the President. The complex will be located next to the present building of theMinskdiocesan administration. It was built in 1985, when only one diocese operated inBelarus. Today there are more than 1600 parishes and 15 dioceses in the country. Thus the current building does not meet the requirements of time.
