President of Belarus presented State Awards

On the May holidays eve, the President awarded those whose labor and creative achievements bring fame and respect to Belarus. Medical workers who have carried out sophisticated transplantation operations of organ complexes are in the forefront of scientific endeavors. In the R&D sphere, the creation of a new class of microelectronics products was noted. Areas of their application are very different - from space vehicles and weapons systems to equipment for enterprises of the electronic industry. This is the joint development of the Academy of Sciences and plants "Integral" and "Planar." Laureates in the field of art are composer Vladimir Kondrusievich and the staff of the Bolshoi Theater. An excursion around the Palace of Independence with a visit to the exhibition of the artist Semen Domorad was arranged for the awardees.
