Observers from the PACE and the OSCE are coming inMinskthis week. Also, the CEC has accredited more than 4 thousand national observers. 268 people were suggested by citizens, 225 - by labor groups and 551 - by political parties. More than 3 thousand people from other public associations were accredited. The names of candidates will be announced on August 11. The CEC examines submitted documents for registration. After registration of candidates the most active phase of the campaign will begin.
