Over 11,700 national observers have been accredited to monitor the parliamentary elections inBelarus, about 1,500 of them being representatives of political parties, 400 people accredited by labour collectives and 9,000 representing public associations.The number of parliamentary candidates has increased up to 522 people. The elections to the lower chamber ofBelarus" parliament will be held on 11 September.
