Passenger transportation rules in Belarus changed

The passenger transportation rules in Belarus were changed. Now to purchase the ticket for the driver passengers will have to enter the vehicle through the first door. Reservation of tickets to other localities is now possible up to the departure of the bus. There are also innovations in the taxi service. Following an Internet order, the company will now have to send a receipt on the e-mail address of the client. Also, the drivers of public transport are now forbidden from smoking inside the vehicle and have to observe dress code.
