Parking on the lawn will be fined in Minsk starting June 1

Parking on the lawn will be fined in Minsk starting from June 1. Employees of enterprises servicing the lawns will regularly take photographs of violators’ cars and transmit information about the place and time of improper parking to the police department. As a result, violators will have to pay twice: for violation of parking rules and for damage to green spaces.
