Belarusian students will join the IT sector starting from the 2nd class. The new curriculum was developed in the High-Tech Park. The pilot project embraces 15 schools from Lida, Novopolotsk, Vitebsk, Baranovichi and Orsha. Here, children will learn the basics of programming in the format of electives under the guidance of science teachers and students of pedagogical specialties. By Grade 6 children will be able to create simple computer games, presentations, mini-movies.
