Orthodox believers celebrate the Epiphany

This is one of the twelve major church holidays. It is called Epiphany. Churches hold festive services and consecration of water. It is believed that water has miraculous properties and can heal illnesses. Festive services are held in 45 churches across Belarus. A divine liturgy was also held the night before.
