A wedding boom in Civil Registry Offices of Minsk on 14 February! That was on St. Valentine's Day that many couples decided to register their marriage. A record number of applications, 27, were filed in the Frunzensky district of the capital. Today, 17 pairs exchanged rings in the Moscow district. As many as 170 marriages were officially registered in Minsk on that day. By the way, lovers have a beautiful date ahead. A lot of new families are expected to appear on 20.02.20.
