The military doctrine has a new chapter called The Defence Sector and Military-Technical Cooperation.A new military doctrine has come into force inBelarustoday. The document, adopted in view of changes in the global military-political situation and the nature of warfare, takes into account such phenomena as hybrid war and colour revolution. The new chapter - The Defence Sector and Military-Technical Cooperation - defines the tasks and main directions of defence sector development, as well as procedures for international cooperation.
